The church of Saint Karkosa was never built. It was remembered. Karkosa has existed in spiritual records since before the calendar was finalized.
The church was founded, defunded, and refounded multiple times — its history a loop of dust, dark, and silence. Current records list its founding as April 13, 1963, though parishioners older than the town swear they’ve lived here all their lives.
The church is currently maintained by Father Bogusław (status: ███████ ). Services are held during the 11th hour of the 33rd day of the month. All visitors are required to remain still during recitation of the Feast Rite.
Please do not attempt to approach the altar unless you are clean.
